We welcome mask wearing, but at this time it is not required. If you want to request that we wear a mask, please let us know prior to the appointment so we can be prepared. At the present time, you have the option to accompany your pet into the Center, or you may remain in your car while we bring your pet in. When you arrive for your appointment, you may just come down the elevator into our space, or if you need asssistance or would like to stay in the car, please call us at 608-845-0144, and leave us a message that you are here for your appointment. We will call you when we are ready to meet you at the entrance. If you need help getting your pet out of your vehicle, or need assistance with walking your pet, wait for us to call you, and then pull your car up the ramp by the dumpsters. After unloading your pet, you will need to move your vehicle to a parking spot so you do not block the dumpsters.
If you are ill, have traveled, or have come in contact with someone who possibly has COVID19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
We have scheduled enough time to take care of your pet, so if you choose not to come inside, please remain nearby as it is important for you to be waiting after the appointment so we can stick to our schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
