COVID19 information

Due to the virus, only employees are allowed inside the building.  As winter is coming, we want to minimalize contact and time outside.  Each business in the building has been assigned a separate door, ours is the door around the west side of the building.  When you arrive for your appointment, please call us at 608-845-0144, and leave us a message that you are here for your appointment.  We will call you when we are ready to meet you at the door.  If you need help getting your pet out of your vehicle, or need assistance with walking your pet, wait for us to call you, and then pull your car up the ramp by the dumpsters.  After unloading your pet, you will need to move your vehicle to a parking spot so you do not block the dumpsters.
We wear masks when we come to your car, and ask you to do the same.  If you are ill, have traveled, or have come in contact with someone who possibly has COVID19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
We have limited staff to reduce the chance of spread if one of us gets sick, so we only can have one pet in the center at a time.  We have scheduled enough time to take care of your pet and disinfect our area, so it is important to be on time so we can stick to our schedule.  Thank you for your understanding.
